Meta Accounts Center
My work on Meta's Account Center spanned across high-impact initiatives across major platforms, including streamlining and unifying cross-platform settings within the Meta Accounts Center to serve over 3 billion monthly active users across Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Additionally, I led the design of critical data-sharing and research tools that enable external researchers to study platform data—a high-visibility portfolio that was central to congressional testimonies by Meta’s top leadership regarding teen well-being and misinformation. Previously, in the FinTech space at Cleo, I designed accessible financial products that successfully guided users toward achieving better credit scores and securing affordable lending.

Meta Content Library
I led the end-to-end 0-1 design for the Meta Content Library, delivering over 30 features that enable vetted external researchers to analyze the platform's societal impact. This critical infrastructure directly supported Meta’s executive leadership, including Adam Mosseri and Nick Clegg, during congressional testimonies regarding teen well-being and misinformation reduction. To future-proof the platform against evolving EU and US data regulations, I spearheaded international discovery and user research initiatives at the European Fact-Checking Conference in Brussels, translating those insights into more than 10 core feature enhancements.

Cleo AI Credit Builder
I worked across two product teams to launch a 0-1 subscription feature designed to help users improve their credit score. In this role, I designed the product to highlight the subscription's core value proposition to users, while also designing a waitlist UX that allowed us to gauge production needs for a physical card. Additionally, I helped users understand the direct impact of their subscription by creating a dedicated product tab where they could easily track their credit scores. Through these collective efforts, we successfully drove Cleo Plus to achieve over 500,000 sign-ups within its first 12 months.

Costa Click & Collect
Leveraging user segmentation data I designed a feature that allowed customers to pre-order drinks and pick them up in-store. This project involved interviewing users and baristas, wireframing, prototyping and qualitative testing. In 2019/2020 it was accountable for over 1% of in-store orders (over 4x better than projected).
